近日，天津大学中心医院梁静教授团队牵头开展的研究“Recombinant human thrombopoietin as a novel platelet-driven regulator accelerating hepatic regeneration in acute liver failure”正式刊发于Frontiers in Pharmacology杂志。该研究证实，rhTPO可通过血小板驱动机制，有效促进急性肝衰竭大鼠的肝脏再生，为急性肝衰竭的治疗提供了全新的潜在靶点和干预策略。
