《肿瘤瞭望》：请您首先简单介绍一下自己，以及在此次会议中重点关注的乳腺癌领域新进展？
Matteo Lambertini 教授：我是来自意大利热那亚大学圣马蒂诺医院的Matteo Lambertini。我目前正身处2026年ESMO乳腺癌大会（ESMO BC）的现场，这是一场非常精彩的、为期三天的盛会，它从多学科的角度出发，聚焦于乳腺癌管理的方方面面。本次会议还展示了许多非常重要的原始数据。
我重点关注的是几场探讨年轻女性乳腺癌话题的专场，内容涵盖了遗传学角度、生存及内分泌治疗角度，以及一些未来可能应用于这一特定患者人群的重要原始数据。我特别想谈的是口服SERD的使用，尤其是探讨在使用口服SERD时，某些情况下是否能避免联用卵巢功能抑制。目前，这类药物在绝经前女性中的应用数据都要求联合卵巢功能抑制。然而，根据刚刚在大会上公布的PRECoopERA试验数据，我们确实观察到在没有卵巢功能抑制剂的情况下，这类药物在绝经前女性中同样表现出了临床活性。因此，这绝对是未来研究需要进一步探索的方向。

We are at the ESMO Breast 2026 conference, and this has been a great, great three-day event focusing on the management of breast cancer from a multidisciplinary angle, so on all the different aspects that we need for the management of breast cancer. Also, a lot of very important original data have been presented at this conference.
I want to focus on the different sessions that address the topic of breast cancer in young women from a more genetic perspective, more a survivorship, endocrine therapy perspective, as well as important original data that we may potentially use in the coming future for this specific patient. I'm referring in particular on the use of oral SERD and particularly on the possibility to potentially avoid the use of ovarian suppression in some cases while using oral SERD. Right now, the data that we have with these drugs in premenopausal women require the use of ovarian function suppression. However, based on the data of the PreCoopERA trial that was just presented here at the ESMO Breast conference, we do see clinical activity of this drug in premenopausal women even without ovarian function suppression. So this is something that definitely needs to be explored even more in future studies.
